Fiscal Services

The Fiscal Services Department supports Pinal County’s public school districts by providing comprehensive financial services and promoting responsible fiscal management of state, federal, and local funds. Key services include:

• Reconciling financial records with the Pinal County Treasurer

• Assisting school districts in balancing accounts with the County Treasurer

• Offering financial and budget guidance to public school districts

• Managing grant cash flow and preparing completion reports

• Preparing and submitting financial reports to local, state, and federal agencies

• Processing warrants and handling payments

• Depositing district revenues with the Pinal County Treasurer

• Collaborating with school districts on setting tax rates

• Serving as a liaison between school districts and local, county, state, and federal entities
