Pinal County ESA is excited to partner with First Things First to provide a unique opportunity to K-3 educators.

Pinal County ESA has partnered with First Things First to offer "Growing Support for Early Childhood Education and Resources in Pinal County."

First Things First is the State of Arizona’s early childhood agency, building resources and supports for families with children birth to five. Michele Reimer, the Pinal Region’s Community Outreach Coordinator, and Katrina Devinny, the Pinal Region’s Program Coordination Specialist, are working to train educators, K-3, and education support staff to learn about local early childhood resources. This will assist in the collective work of growing support in the community to ensure families have what they need to make sure their little ones are ready for Kindergarten and set for life. As K-3 educators and school staff, we know that while you are not working directly with young children, your work and your words impact families with small children. In addition, the community relies on you to know how we can best prepare our young children for success in school. Please join our series of short online training sessions from Michele and Katrina, and then come to our final virtual meeting where we can discuss with you and your colleagues how to best grow support and share resources for early childhood throughout Pinal.

Visit eventbook.pinalesa.org to register. You will find several options for "Growing Support for Early Childhood Education & Resources in Pinal County." Please choose the option that fits your schedule the best.
