The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) is excited to announce the Arizona Effective School Boards Workshop, a groundbreaking effort to grow the effectiveness of school boards across the state. ADE is committed to helping school boards focus on improving student outcomes. The workshop is designed to empower school board members with the knowledge and skills needed to govern effectively and create conditions for academic improvement. This training is provided by the Effective School Boards Initiative and is tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of Arizona's educational landscape.

Date: May 9 & 10, 2024
Arrival: 8 AM, which includes a continental breakfast.
The event lasts until 6 PM and includes lunch and snacks.
Location: Desert Willow Conference Center | 4340 E Cotton Center Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85040 
Cost: $30
